Cheesy Turkey and Bacon Sandwich
- 3 qt. onions, thinly sliced
- 3 qt. bell peppers, cut into thin strips
- 3 qt. Canned sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3 cups chicken broth or water
- 96 slices smoked turkey, thinly sliced (1 oz. each)
- 48 slices OSCAR MAYER Turkey Bacon (18 to 22 count), cooked, crumbled
- 48 slices LOUIS RICH Turkey Bacon
- 48 rolls Whole grain submarine rolls, warmed, split
- - PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- Cook onions, peppers and mushrooms in broth until tender.
- Add turkey; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in bacon.
- For each serving: Spread cut surfaces of roll with 2 Tbsp.
- cream cheese; fill with 3/4 cup turkey mixture.
