Blueberry Crunch Recipe
- 1 can Crushed pineapple, undrained, 20-ounce can
- 3 c. Blueberries, fresh or possibly frzn
- 3/4 c. Sugar
- 1 pkt White cake mix
- 1/2 c. Pecans, minced
- 1/2 c. Butter, melted, Or possibly margarine, 1 stick
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- Butter an 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Spread the following in layers: pineapple, blueberries, 3/4 c. sugar over blueberries, dry cake mix, melted butter, pecans, and 1/4 c. sugar over the top.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degrees oven for 35 to 40 min, or possibly till browned on top.
- Serve hot or possibly cool.
- Delicious with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
