Hot Crab Dish Recipe
- 2 c. crab or possibly tuna or possibly chicken
- 8 slices bread
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1/2 c. minced green pepper
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/2 pound cheddar cheese (med. or possibly sharp)
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- Place 4 slices of bread in bottom of oblong pan sprayed with Pam.
- Mix crab, mayo, onion, green pepper, celery.
- Spread crab mix over bread.
- Cover above with remaining 4 slices of bread (crustless).
- Mix Large eggs and lowfat milk and pour over bread.
- Chill overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Mix soup and cheese and pour over dish.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
