Creamy Coleslaw
- 1 (16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix
- 1 12 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- splash half-and-half
- 1 pinch salt
- in a small bowl combine mayo, salt, sugar, and half and half.
- whisk together until smooth.
- whisking is the key to this recipe as it makes the mixture creamy.
- pour mixture over cole slaw mix and fold together until mixture evenly covers slaw.
- refrigerate for a few hours before serving -- overnight is best.
