Double-Apple Turkey Sandwich

  1. Spread bread slices with apple butter.
  2. Fill with arugula, turkey, apples and cheese.
  3. Spread outside of sandwich with butter.
  4. Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
  5. on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown.
