Double-Apple Turkey Sandwich
- 2 slices multi-grain bread
- 1 Tbsp. apple butter
- 3 arugula leaves, stemmed
- 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Selects Natural Slow Roasted Turkey Breast
- 4 apple slices (1/4 inch thick)
- 1 KRAFT Slim Cut Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Slice
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine, softened
- Spread bread slices with apple butter.
- Fill with arugula, turkey, apples and cheese.
- Spread outside of sandwich with butter.
- Cook in skillet on medium heat 3 to 5 min.
- on each side or until cheese is melted and sandwich is golden brown.
