JJ's Nuoc Cham (Vietnamese Fish Sauce)

• 2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce (sriracha or other)
• 3 garlic cloves (chopped)
• 6 tablespoons sugar
• 6 tablespoons fish sauce
• 12 cup seasoned rice vinegar
• 1 cup water

1. Mix together and serve.
