Vicki's Super-Tender, Grilled Porterhouse
- 16 ounces porterhouse steaks or 16 ounces rib eye steaks, with good marbling. about 1 inch thick
- 1 teaspoon adolfs meat tenderizer
- 2 teaspoons Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
- 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- Partially freeze steak about an hour.
- Light coals in grill and allow coals to turn an ash gray color.
- Sprinkle each side of steak with half of meat tenderizer,seasoned salt, and garlic powder.
- Poke holes in both sides of steak and sprinkle each side with the worcestershire sauce.
- Rub seasonings into meat and Grill over hot coals to desired doneness.
- ( Grill 5 to 6 inches from coals.
