Vicki's Super-Tender, Grilled Porterhouse

  1. Partially freeze steak about an hour.
  2. Light coals in grill and allow coals to turn an ash gray color.
  3. Sprinkle each side of steak with half of meat tenderizer,seasoned salt, and garlic powder.
  4. Poke holes in both sides of steak and sprinkle each side with the worcestershire sauce.
  5. Rub seasonings into meat and Grill over hot coals to desired doneness.
  6. ( Grill 5 to 6 inches from coals.
  7. ).
  8. About 5 minute per side for Rare.
  9. 7.min per side for Medium Rare.
  10. 10. minute per side for Medium.
