Sally'S Green Noodle Lamb Casserole

  1. Heat oil in skillet.
  2. Add garlic and onion.
  3. Saute onion until transparent.
  4. Add lamb and brown; drain off fat.
  5. To lamb add water, soup, tomato sauce, salt, oregano and pepper.
  6. Simmer mixture gently.
  7. When ready to assemble, layer lamb, noodles and cheese and repeat.
  8. Bake 15 minutes, covered, at 350u0b0 in 8 x 12-inch pan (sprayed with Pam) for 15 minutes.
  9. Serves 8.
