Cafe Mocha Mix

• 12 cup instant expresso instant coffee granules or 12 cup instant coffee granules
• 14 cup unsweetened cocoa
• 14 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
• 6 tablespoons powdered sugar

1. In small bowl, comine all ingredients, mix well.
2. Store in airtight container.
3. To serve, spoon 1-2 tablespoons mix into cup.
4. Add 3/4 cup boiling water; stir to dissolve.
