Beef In Oyster Sauce Recipe

  1. Cut beef in small, thin slices.
  2. Slice onions and mushrooms.
  3. Coat meat with cornstarch, mix with mushrooms.
  4. Mix beef stock, oyster sauce with 1 Tbsp.
  5. of cornstarch.
  6. Heat 2 Tbsp.
  7. oil in bottom of wok.
  8. Toss-cook garlic, green onions, and pepper till lightly translucent/soft; remove from oil and keep hot.
  9. Cook meat and mushrooms in oil about 1 minute, tossing as it cooks.
  10. Add in sugar, ginger, soy, and wine to stock mix; bring to boil separately.
  11. Return garlic, green onions, and pepper to meat mix, pour the warm sauce mix over the meat, etc.
  12. Serve immediately with steamed rice.
