Tin Roof Cake
- 1 (2-layer size) yellow cake mix
- 3 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 20 KRAFT Caramels
- 2 tsp. water
- Prepare and bake cake mix in greased 13x9-inch baking pan as directed on package.
- Mix marshmallows and peanuts; sprinkle over warm cake.
- Bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until marshmallows are puffed.
- Remove from oven.
- Place caramels and water in microwavable bowl.
- Microwave on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 minutes or until caramels are completely melted when stirred.
- Drizzle over warm cake.
- Cool completely.
- Cut into squares to serve.
