Pickled Okra
- 10 small okra pods (enough to fill pint jar)
- 2 hot peppercorns
- 2 whole cloves
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon dill seed
- 1 quart white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- 12 cup pickling salt
- For 1 pint jar, place pepper, cloves, garlic and dill seed in jar and then fill jar with small okra.
- Mix remaining ingredients, bring to boil and pour over okra.
- Seal.
- Can be used in 6 weeks.
