Mulled Raspberry Tea

  1. In a 2- or 3-quart saucepan lightly mash raspberries with potato masher or fork.
  2. Stir in the brewed tea, cranberry-raspberry juice, lemonade, water, and allspice.
  3. Bring to boiling; reduce heat.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, for about 10 minutes.
  5. Strain and discard the fruit pulp and spices.
  6. Ladle the tea into heat-proof glass mugs or cups.
  7. Sweeten with sugar or honey, if desired.
  8. Serve with lemon slices and additional raspberries, if you like.
  9. Enjoy!
  10. Makes 6 servings.
