Tortilla Roll Ups
- 6 pieces 8-inch Tortillas
- 12 ounces, weight Whipped Cream Cheese
- 3 Tablespoons Green Chiles, Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Pecans, Finely Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Olives, Chopped
- 4- 1/2 Tablespoons Green Onions, Minced
- 1 dash Garlic Powder
- Combine all ingredients (except the tortillas).
- Spread the mixture over the top of each tortilla, completely covering to the edges.
- Roll each tortilla up tightly, like a jelly roll.
- Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- To serve, cut each long roll into 1/2-inch pieces and lay, cut side down, on a serving tray.
