Tortilla Roll Ups

  1. Combine all ingredients (except the tortillas).
  2. Spread the mixture over the top of each tortilla, completely covering to the edges.
  3. Roll each tortilla up tightly, like a jelly roll.
  4. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  5. To serve, cut each long roll into 1/2-inch pieces and lay, cut side down, on a serving tray.
