Creamy Peach Freeze

  1. Place peaches in a cold saucepan with sugar and salt.
  2. Turn heat on to low and gently saute mixture, stirring occasionally, until peaches are soft and juicy.
  3. Chill softened peaches in refrigerator.
  4. Allow ice cream to soften slightly at room temperature.
  5. In a large bowl, mix softened ice cream and peaches.
  6. Spoon mixture into parfait glasses and refreeze for a few minutes, or serve as is.
