BBQ Meatball Sandwiches
- 6 cups Kraft Regular BarBQ Sauce
- 1/4 cup chili flakes
- 6 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 6 cups red and green pepper, thinly sliced
- 6 cups mushroom, sliced
- 6 cups onion, sliced
- 120 prepared meatballs
- 24 Panini or Italian-style rolls, sliced in half lengthwise
- 6 cups Kraft Shredded Medium Cheddar Cheese
- Combine barbecue sauce, chilies and garlic in saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to boil, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- Saute vegetables in oil over medium heat until cooked through.
- Add meatballs and barbecue sauce mixture.
- Heat through.
- Spoon evenly into buns.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Place under broiler until cheese melts.
