Gourmet Greek Burgers

  1. In a large bowl, combine meat, onion, spinach, tomato, cheese, dill, basil, salt and pepper.
  2. Cover with saran wrap & chill 1 hour.
  3. Form into 4 patties.
  4. Grill 6-8 minutes on each side.
  5. Toast buns.
  6. Serve on toasted buns with shredded lettuce & desired condiments.
