Apple Raisin Bread

  1. Grease two 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.
  2. In medium bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and ginger.
  3. In large bowl, with mixer at medium speed, beat together oleo and sugar. Beat in syrup.
  4. Add eggs and beat until well mixed.
  5. With wooden spoon, stir in apples.
  6. Stir in flour mixture, raisins and nuts. Divide into 2 pans.
  7. Bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  8. Cool 10 minutes.
  9. Remove from pan.
