Mandys shredded beef and gravy
- 2 kg beef joint
- 2 beef stock cubes
- 2 bay leaf
- 2 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 courgette/zucchini
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp italian mixed herb
- 3 clove garlic
- 1 salt n pepper to taste
- 1 water to cover
- In a large pot put everything into it,the beef ,seasoning and chopped veg cover with water and bring to a boil
- Reduce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 hours until beef is tender,remove from pot and shred with either Ur hands or with forks
- Serve with mashed potatoes and the veg and reduced gravy on the side
