Wild Rice with Chili

  1. Fry onions in oil until translucent.
  2. Add chili and rice, followed by the broth.
  3. Boil 20 minutes, covered.
  4. Let stand for 5 to 10 min.
  5. and fluff with a fork.
  6. If desired, garnish with chili and fresh chives.
