Blondie's Grandma's Low Cal Raspberry Spread

  1. Soften gelatin in apple juice in a small saucepan.
  2. Place over medium low heat and stir until gelatin dissolves and mixture simmers.
  3. Remove from heat and stir into pureed berries.
  4. Stir in sweetener and cinnamon.
  5. Pour into a half pint jar, cap, and refrigerate until firm.
