Warm Pimento Goat Cheese Dip
- 8 ounces, weight Goat Cheese, Softened To Room Temperature
- 1 cup Colby Cheese, Shredded
- 1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
- 1/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cups Sour Cream
- 1/2 cups Jarred Pimentos, Drained And Chopped Finely
- 2 Tablespoons Dill Pickle Relish
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- Salt And Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Sliced Green Onions, For Garnish
- For Serving: Radishes And Tortilla Chips
- Preheat your oven to 375 F and spray a small baking dish with non-stick spray.
- I used a 7-inch oval baker.
- In a large bowl, combine the goat cheese, Colby cheese, Parmesan, mayo, sour cream, pimentos, relish, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and a dash of salt and black pepper.
- Mix to fully combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, and spread to even out the top.
- Place it in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Remove from heat and let it cool for just a minute.
- Serve warm, garnished with green onions and served with radishes and tortilla chips!
- Enjoy!
