Money Saving & Low Calorie! Steamed Pork and Bean Sprouts
- 2 bags Bean sprouts
- 6 slice Thinly sliced pork
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 Green onion or scallion
- 1 Ponzu
- Place the bean sprouts in a large frying pan that has a lid.
- Neatly spread out the pork slices and place on top of the bean sprouts.
- Season with a little salt and pepper, cover with the lid, and steam until the pork hsd cooked through.
- Arrange on a dish, pour on some ponzu and top with green onion to finish.
