Money Saving & Low Calorie! Steamed Pork and Bean Sprouts

  1. Place the bean sprouts in a large frying pan that has a lid.
  2. Neatly spread out the pork slices and place on top of the bean sprouts.
  3. Season with a little salt and pepper, cover with the lid, and steam until the pork hsd cooked through.
  4. Arrange on a dish, pour on some ponzu and top with green onion to finish.
