Chicken Club Salad Recipe
- 1 head lettuce
- 8-10 slices bacon, crispy fried
- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 2 lg. tomatoes, cut into 8ths
- 1 hard cooked egg, sliced
- Tear lettuce into bite-size pcs (about 6 c.).
- Break bacon into large pcs.
- Just before serving, add in bacon and chicken to lettuce; toss lightly.
- Garnish with tomato wedges and egg slices.
- Serve with salad dressing.
