Slow-Cooker Provencale Beef Stew
- 1 lb. boneless beef stew meat, cubed Safeway 1 lb For $5.49 thru 02/09
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 lb. sweet potatoes (about 2), peeled, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 can (28 oz.) no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 zucchini, cut into 1-inch-thick slices
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
- 1/4 cup A.1. Original Sauce
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- Toss meat with flour in slow cooker.
- Add all remaining ingredients except basil; stir.
- Cover with lid.
- Cook on HIGH 4 to 6 hours (or on LOW 6 to 8 hours).
- Stir in basil just before serving.
