Eggnog Cheesecake Bars

  1. Heat oven to 350F.
  2. Combine 1/3 cup sugar and butter in bowl.
  3. Beat at medium speed until creamy.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cups flour and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg; beat at low speed until well mixed.
  5. (Mixture will be crumbly.)
  6. Press crust mixture onto bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch baking pan.
  7. Bake 15-17 minutes.
  8. Combine all filling ingredients except nutmeg in same bowl.
  9. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until mixture is creamy.
  10. Spread filling over hot, partially baked crust; sprinkle with 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg.
  11. Continue baking 28-33 minutes or until set.
  12. Cool completely.
  13. Cut into bars with wet knife.
  14. Store refrigerated
