Grands! Thai Chicken Calzones

  1. Heat oven to 375F In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except biscuits.
  2. Separate dough into 8 biscuits.
  3. Press or roll each into 6-inch round.
  4. Divide filling evenly onto half of each biscuit round to within 1/4 inch of edge.
  5. Fold dough round over filling; press edges to seal.
  6. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  8. Immediately remove calzones from cookie sheet.
  9. Serve warm; dip into additional Thai peanut sauce, if desired.
