Cheesy Ham and Potato Frittata

  1. Combine 1-3/4 cups hot water, milk, Seasoned Potatoes, ham, onion and green pepper in large skillet.
  2. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 12 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in Cheese Sauce until well blended.
  5. Add eggs; mix well.
  6. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  7. Cook 15 minutes or until set in center.
  8. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting into 5 wedges to serve.
