Warm Grilled Tuna Salad

  1. Pour dressing over tuna; cover.
  2. Marinate in refrigerator 1 hour.
  3. Cook onion in hot oil in skillet until caramelized, stirring occasionally.
  4. Keep warm until ready to use.
  5. Remove tuna from marinade; set aside.
  6. Pour reserved marinade into saucepan.
  7. Bring to boil; boil 3 minutes.
  8. Grill tuna for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until tuna is tender to the touch (155F).
  9. For each serving: Place 2 cups greens on serving plate.
  10. Cut 1 tuna steak into slices; arrange in center of plate.
  11. Surround with 4 tomato wedges.
  12. Top with 1/4 cup of the caramelized onion and 2 Tbsp.
  13. of the Rustic Style Cheese Spread.
  14. Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
  15. of the boiled marinade.
