Easy Spicy 'Mentaiko' Cod Roe Pasta
- 150 grams Pasta
- 60 grams Mentaiko
- 3 stalk Green onions
- 3 leaves Shiso leaves
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 dash Pepper
- 1 to garnish Daikon radish sprouts
- Remove the mentaiko from the membrane using a spoon.
- Cut the green onion and shiso leaves finely and mix with the mentaiko and seasonings.
- Cook the pasta with salt and drain well.
- Mix well with the sauce from Step 2.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with daikon radish sprouts.
- Sprinkle with shredded nori seaweed if you like.
