OREO Dirt Flower Cups
- 500 mL PHILADELPHIA Cream For Desserts, double cream alternative
- 250 g CADBURY Milk or Dark Chocolate Melts
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 300 g packet Classic OREO, ground to a powder ('dirt')
- Spearmint leaf lollies
- The Natural Confectionery Co Sours Squirms
- 8 Speckle Pops (see separate recipe)
- COMBINE the PHILLY and chocolate in a bowl and stir over simmering water until the chocolate has melted.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool.
- BEAT the egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually beat in the sugar until dissolved to make a light meringue, and then gently fold through the chocolate mixture.
- SPOON a layer of OREO dirt into 8 plastic cups.
- Divide the mousse between cups and then top with remaining dirt.
- Decorate with spearmint leaves, Sours Squirms and Speckle Pops.
- Refrigerate until required.
