Rich Egg Tarts
- 250 grams Cake flour
- 40 grams Almond powder
- 120 grams Butter
- 70 grams Sugar
- 2 Egg yolks
- 4 Egg yolks
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 50 grams Sugar
- 6 drops Vanilla oil
- Follow the recipe from Step 1 to Step 14, and bake the tart crusts once.
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Strain the mixture to make it smooth.
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Put the egg filling into the tart crusts, and bake in the oven preheated to 180C for 30 minutes.
- When the edges are slightly browned, they are done.
