Rich Egg Tarts

  1. Follow the recipe from Step 1 to Step 14, and bake the tart crusts once.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well.
  3. Strain the mixture to make it smooth.
  4. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  5. Put the egg filling into the tart crusts, and bake in the oven preheated to 180C for 30 minutes.
  6. When the edges are slightly browned, they are done.
