Bbq Rum Ribs Recipe
- 4 lb Spareribs
- 1/4 c. Ketchup
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/4 c. Dark rum
- 2 x Cloves garlic -- crushed
- 1 c. Brown sugar -- packed
- 1/4 c. Soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Chili sauce
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce ds Pepper
- Wrap ribs in double thickness of foil and bak for 1 1/2 hrs at 350 .
- Unwrap and drain drippings.
- Combine all ingredients and pour over ribs.
- Marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes., basting with sauce, or possibly grill 30 minutes., turning and basting.
