Pecan-Gorgonzola Cheese Log

  1. Place all ingredients except nuts in food processor; cover.
  2. Process until well blended.
  3. Place on large sheet of plastic wrap.
  4. Roll into 10-inch log; wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  6. Remove cheese log from plastic wrap; roll in pecans until evenly coated on all sides.
