Blueberry Glaze Pie Recipe

  1. Wash, drain blueberries.
  2. Simmer 1 c. blueberries and 2/3 c. water about 3 min.
  3. Blend sugar, cornstarch and remaining 1/3 c. water, add in to boiling mix.
  4. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Cold.
  6. Spread cheese over cooled pie shell.
  7. Save out 1/2 c. choice blueberries.
  8. Put remaining 2 1/2 c. blueberries in shell.
  9. Cover with cooked mix, garnish with the 1/2 c. blueberries.
  10. Chill till hard, about 2 hrs.
  11. Serve with sweetened whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
  12. Cheese can be omitted and is still delicious.
