Creamy Spicy Crocpot Chicken
- 2 -3 lbpackage boneless chicken breasts
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 14 ounces whole kernel corn
- 14 ounces black beans
- 12 of a jar of pickled jalapeno pepper (with juice to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 14 teaspoon onion powder
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 14 teaspoon cumin
- 18 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- Place whole chicken breast in crock pot.
- add crushed tomatoes,drained corn, drained black beans and jalepeno peppers.
- add all spices.
- stir.
- turn on crock pot on high.
- cook covered for 6-8 hours (until chicken is done, longer makes better flavor).
- cook for 6 - 8 hours (more will not hurt).
- Add Cream cheese and sour cream, stir to melt.
- Serve with Bread, Tortillias, Corn chips etc.
