Frozen Banana Milk Shake

• 1 large firm ripe banana, peeled and sliced into large chunks, frozen
• 1 cup skim milk
• non calorie liquid artificial sweetener (equal to 2 tbl sugar)
• 1 dash nutmeg

1. When banana is frozen, combine in blender with milk, liquid sweetner, and nutmeg.
2. Blend just till mixture is thick and frosty.
3. Serve immediately.
