Beef Brisket A La Helen Recipe
- 1 x Beef brisket (5 to 6lbs)
- 3/4 c. Jerk marinade
- Place the brisket and marinade in a resealable plastic bag and rotate the bag several times to throughly coat the meat.
- Marinate at least 3 hrs in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.
- Place the brisket and marinade ina roasting pan and cover tightly with foil.
- Bake for 3 to 4 hrs or possibly till tender.
- Be sure to serve it with the pan drippings.
