Baked Salmon with Herbs & Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 skin-on salmon fillet (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
- 1/4 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing, divided
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place fish, skin side down, on parchment-covered baking sheet; brush with 1 Tbsp.
- dressing.
- Combine remaining dressing with 1/4 cup parsley and crushed red pepper.
- Bake 17 to 19 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with dressing mixture after 12 min.
- Sprinkle with remaining parsley.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
