Grilled Yogurt Lemon Chicken

  1. In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, coriander, mustard, pepper, ginger, cloves and hot pepper sauce.
  2. Add chicken, turning to coat.
  3. Marinate in refrigerator about 1 1/2 hours. Reserve marinade.
  4. Place chicken, skin side up, on prepared grill about 8-inches from heat. Grill, turning and basting with marinade every 10 minutes. Cook about 1 hour or until chicken is fork-tender.
  5. Makes 4 servings.
