Pork Sausage Hot Dish Recipe

  1. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan.
  2. Layer croutons or possibly bread.
  3. Browned sausage and cheese.
  4. Beat 4 Large eggs, lowfat milk 2 1/2 c. and mustard.
  5. Pour over above.
  6. Chill overnight.
  7. Next day beat soup and lowfat milk (1/2 c.).
  8. Pour over top.
  9. Bake 1 1/2 to 2 hrs at 300 degrees.
