• 1 stick real, unsalted butter
• 1 c. minced onions
• 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn broccoli, thawed
• 1 (8 ounce.) Cheez Whiz (or possibly jalapeno Cheez Whiz)
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
• 2 c. cooked rice (3/4 c. raw)
