Curly Kale With Raisins, Walnuts and Chili

  1. Heat oil in a large pan.
  2. Add carrots, onions, raisins, walnuts and chili and saute until onions are soft.
  3. Add the kale, salt and a couple tablespoons of water.
  4. Cover pan with a lid.
  5. Check the kale after a couple of minutes.
  6. Add more water and cook longer if necessary.
