Chicken Clemenceau Recipe

  1. Saute/fry potatoes in butter till light brown (crispy); set aside.
  2. Repeat with chicken and mushrooms individually and set aside also.
  3. Saute/fry garlic and push it to sides of pan; brown flour and then add in stock slowly.
  4. Return chicken to pan, cook 1 hour.
  5. Add in peas, mushrooms, parsley and potatoes.
  6. Heat thoroughly.
  7. Serves 4.
