Phyllo-Wrapped Baked Brie with Mushrooms
- 5 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 5 each green onions, chopped
- 2/3 cup Kraft Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 20 each frozen phyllo dough sheets, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 5 pkg. Brie cheese (wheels)
- - assorted crackers
- Cook mushrooms and onions in dressing in skillet until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Cool.
- Brush 1 sheet of phyllo lightly with melted butter.
- Cover with layers of 3 additional phyllo sheets, brushing each layer with butter.
- Cut 10-inch circle from stack; discard trimmings.
- Cut cheese horizontally in half.
- Place one half of cheese in centre of phyllo stack; top with half of the mushroom mixture.
- Top with remaining cheese and remaining mushroom mixture.
- Wrap phyllo around cheese, folding phyllo as needed to completely enclose cheese.
- Brush with remaining butter.
- Place on baking sheets or in pie plates.
- Bake in 400F-standard oven for 15 min.
- or until golden brown.
- Serve with the crackers.
