Creamy Mediterranean Pasta Salad
- 4 cups medium pasta shells, uncooked
- 3/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
- 1 tsp. zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 6 cups loosely packed baby spinach leaves, coarsely chopped
- 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Feta Cheese with Oregano, Sun Dried Tomatoes and Black Pepper
- Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Drain, reserving 1/3 cup cooking water.
- Place pasta in large bowl; cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, mix cream cheese product, lemon zest, lemon juice and reserved cooking water until blended.
- Add cream cheese mixture and remaining ingredients to pasta; mix lightly.
