Siberian Chicken

  1. Rub chicken with Hawaiian salt, pepper and garlic.
  2. Set aside. In a food processor or blender, chop bread into crumbs on slice (4 pieces at a time).
  3. Empty crumbs into large mixing bowl.
  4. Add chopped parsley and shredded cheese.
  5. Mix together by hand.
  6. Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, first in melted butter, then roll in crumb mixture until evenly coated.
  7. Place pieces in 9 x 12-inch roasting pan, lined with foil.
  8. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 30 to 40 minutes, or until crumb coating is golden brown.
  9. Serves 4 to 6.
