Sweet-Pickle Mayo

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tablespoons sweet-pickle relish
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

1. Blend the first three ingredients together in a bowl, seasoning to taste with salt and pepper.
