Tagliatelle a La Hudson - Lemon Cream Pasta

  1. In a small bow, combine the lemon peel and softened butter; set aside.
  2. Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water just until tender; drain.
  3. Transfer the pasta to a warm serving bowl.
  4. Add the lemon butter and warm cream.
  5. Toss gently to coat.
  6. Add the prosciutto.
  7. Serve pasta sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.
