Salanika Lamb In Foil Recipe

  1. Beat first 6 ingredients in bowl; pour over lamb in a pan.
  2. Marinate overnight in refrigerator.
  3. Cut 6 squares of heavy duty foil large sufficient to hold one serving.
  4. Place 1 serving of lamb in center of foil.
  5. Add in 1 potato, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 2 pcs celery and 3 olives.
  6. Top each piece with cheese.
  7. Repeat with all portions.
  8. Wrap securely, place in baking pan.
  9. Bake 2 hrs or possibly till meat is done.
  10. Pork chops may be used instead of lamb.
